Our Partners

Finding Futures works closely with a number of organisations, and collaborative partnerships are very important to us as part of ensuring the best quality provision for our students.

We are part of The Partnership Trust group of schools and academies, and enjoy the collaboration with other organisations and staff across the Trust.

We pride ourselves on developing and maintaining strong partnerships with local employers, including the Royal United Hospital (RUH) in Bath and the University of Bath, where our Project SEARCH interns carry out their work placements. 

These partnerships not only provide our interns with high-quality work experiences, but they enrich employers' cultures of diversity and inclusion, developing their inclusive employment practice including implementation of reasonable adjustments, and benefitting the organizations as a whole.
