Mission

To empower young people who have SEND and Autism with the confidence, independence and aspiration needed to find and secure a successful, fulfilling future; to achieve this through the delivery of high-quality employability programmes and specialist, personalised support.

Our Project SEARCH programme achieves this through providing high-quality work placement opportunities, a personalized and graduated approach to support, and an ongoing commitment to finding excellent, lasting outcomes.
