Organisational status and Governance

Finding Futures has been registered with company’s house under as a Charitable Company Limited by Guarantee (Company number 15881794), exempt from registration with the charities commission. The registered name is ‘TPT SPI’, and ‘Finding Futures’ is the trading name. Finding Futures is linked with The Partnership Trust (TPT), a multi-academy trust based in Radstock, B&NES. The relationship between Finding Futures and TPT is that of closely associated charitable organisations.

The Partnership Trust is a multi academy Trust of 17 schools, including two special schools, across Bath and the surrounding area, spanning across two local authorities - Bath and North East Somerset and Somerset. For more information please visit The Partnership Trust's website. 

Trustees/Directors: There are four trustees, offering a wealth of experience and expertise across key areas such as: HR, Finance, Business Management and SEND Education.
